i.) Collaboration & Partnering
✓ Collaborate with government and other agencies (NEMC, TFS, TARI, TAREA, REA, Related Ministries, Global Agencies, etc.).
✓ Partner with Private Sectors, Research Institutions, Universities and International Organizations.
ii.) Compliance & Good Governance
✓ Follow environmental laws, regulations, and project standards.
✓ Implement ethical and transparent governance practices.
iii.) Climate Change Adaptation Responsibilities
✓ Develop climate-resilient infrastructure and systems.
✓ Support communities with adaptation solutions, such as drought-resistant agriculture, water harvesting, and early warning systems.
✓ Conduct climate risk assessments for project planning.
✓ Integrate adaptation strategies into business planning and service delivery.
iv.) Governance, Policy, and Compliance
✓ Adopt internal environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies.
✓ Comply with national climate and environmental laws, standards, and permits.
✓ Prepare sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and environmental audits.
✓ Implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities aligned with climate and environmental priorities.
✓ Participate in policy dialogues on climate change, renewable energy, and environmental conservation.

✓ Mobilize climate finance, grants, or carbon credit revenue.
✓ Develop sustainable business models that balance profit and environmental stewardship.
✓ Monitor and evaluate environmental performance, including data collection and reporting.
✓ Ensure workplace safety in energy installations and environmental projects.

✓ Invest in green technologies, digital monitoring tools, and energy innovations.
✓ Promote research partnerships with universities, Private Organizations, NGOs, or government agencies.
✓ Pilot new climate solutions, such as carbon capture, smart grids, or
e-mobility.
