PREAMBLE

The local community in Tanzania is much affected by discipline to youths, leadership skills, capacity building in entrepreneurship, in education, in employment, in carriers, etc. It is also concerns with counseling to neglected group of community including those left the schooling because of pregnancy. Likewise, the community is affected by diseases of all kinds; most unfortunately like in most parts of the world they are exposed to natural disasters, diseases such as HIV / AIDS, malaria, poverty, poor and or lack of education.

Environmental pollution and degradation, poor social amenities, poor health facilities and are poorly exposed to their civic rights in their communities. However given proper and sustainable health care, civic education, environmentally friendly agricultural practices and entrepreneurship education; they will contribute greatly towards poverty alleviation, hence steady economy from Family, Village to National level.

With that notion in mind, we, Enviro Energies, a dedicated Non-Governmental, Non Partisan

vibrant organization of likeminded individual are determined and committed to encourage and increase local communities’ access and participation in modern capacity building, helping the neglected group within the community, sustainable health care, HIV/AIDS education, entrepreneurship education, environmental care education, agriculture education and economy, civic education, from Family, Village to National Levels with a view of alleviating poverty.

Enviro Energies is determined to attain the aforesaid through conducting researches, examining problems leading to poverty; providing space / forum for information, experience and sharing best practices that can be shared and learned from each other for purposes of enhancing their capacities, providing scientific and modern medical treatment, capacity building, lobbying, advocacy, and by conducting seminars and workshops.

SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT.

This constitution shall be known as the constitution of Enviro Energies, which in short will be termed as Enviro Energies. It shall come into force on the date to be decided by the members by a resolution passed at the General Meeting.
